Hi everyone..

u wouldnt believe wad i'm gonna say. but its true.

I'm down with hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD)

went to see a doc ytd..and yes i've ulcers in my mouth (not my tongue though), non itchy rash on my palms and soles.

Doc gave me 3 days off, fri-sun (yes i work on wkends, so i nd MC to cover sat and sun), and i'm supposed to go back for review on Mon.

Meantime its self-quarantine at home.

I'm so bored! seriously..been juz reading alot at home to let time pass. I cant stay still. so wanna go out and swim, gym or run. but no! gotta exercise social responsibility.

Dun ask me how i got it..i dunno either. my colleague whom i saw on Sat, informed she got HFMD on Sun. it definitely cant be her spreading to me, since we didnt have any contact on Sat.

And its weird coz i thought my immunity system is well enough to fight tiz virus which mainly attacks kids. but yea 越是不可能的事，越会容易发生
