hah i'm sure u have ald read this in wenya's blog. Anyway its e same experience but different narrative la.

Someone ever commented b4, wenya's blog is the happy blog. jul's blog is the depressing blog. My blog is the i dunnoe? the moral-of-the-story kinda blog. Dont read mine if u wanna read smth to cheer u up.

Anyway, the Crescent clique went out today, had many agendas. 3 agendas:

-Christmas celebration
-Gift exchange
-21st birthday

Like seriously..hahaha yah. And so we agreed on a contribution of $21 for each one for next yr's 21st. Wangwee's bdae on the 4th of Jan is a stark reminder of how time flies. The very 1st in the clique who is turning 21. This whole bdae thing is burning a big whole in everyone's pocket la. Essentially, u r paying for your own present, ie $21x9=$189.

Kept on digressing. We spent 1/2, oh i mean, 3/4 of the time finalising the 'plan' of how to celebrate Christmas. I'm always the one talking during trg time, but wif these pple, i choose to take the back seat. Occasionally, i'd say smth like, 'eh can get back to topic on Christmas celebration?' coz my gawd, everyone keeps digressing.

Wenya: cindy..11 feb lands on a saturday..how? will we have trg the next day?

Weili: cindy do u all do crunches? y is it my back hurts when i do?

Guimei: eh..u gg for Mayday concert on sat ah!? share e $128 seat wif u can?

Lipin: cindy, since the floorball[weili and wangwee] pple have trg on tues n sunday, can u change trg to sunday instead? so as a clique we can have more compatible timings to go out

Yanling: i'm getting married in 2 yrs time. u all r the witness ah!

This is why i always find it so nice to spend time with my really close friends. Just totally cracks me up, hanging out wif them. Deep down inside everyone knows they r asking the obvious, yet they still ask. No, some things are not flexible and not open for negotiation. hahaha, yah. i'm a capt but i'm not God.

We proceeded to Pacific Cafe to nua aft eating at creation cafe. we sat at the same spot as during the eventful day in july..

Anyway, i dun think its nice tt some of them 'pressured' e 4 who are not attached to find an other half soon. Again, active and passive cues. Really, u cant rush into these kinda matters. I'm talking abt matters of the heart. Coming from a girls school, i'm proud to say tt we r rather independent and we can live without an other half. I'm not advocating tt we stay single all our lives, but the pt is tt 一个人也能活得精彩。 Guys dont necessary need to fill up the equation u noe? Likewise, the opposite also holds.

Btw, i'm not being feminist here. I'm speaking off my mind. Looking at the bigger picture and being objective.

Of course, it was indeed really fun to meet up and see how's everyone doing. Thanks wee, for planning it.
