how have U been?

my blog has died. i wldnt even say 'its dying..'

this mth, i've decided to blog abt my colleagues. let u take a sneak peak and find out more abt the pple i interact with.

so diz is how it works:

we r split into different teams, and in each team there's a team manager, aka my boss. i'm in team San Fermine (basically its a festival in Spain whereby the bulls r let loose and pple start running)

every yr, there'll be a change of teams as well as themes for teams. for instance, in 2007 the theme was movies. for 2008 the theme was world festivals. and for 2009, the theme is countries, and i'm in China. walau eh..我们都是中国人。。 haha *think Andy Lau*

anw based on the different themes we have diff team decor based on the themes. Basically the whole idea is to inject vibrance into our work environment.

So here's the pple in my team, and my boss. very young boss, graduated frm n*us as well, been workin here for like 5yrs i think? i've always wondered how she can survive for 5 yrs. omg..1 yr and i'm like, feeling actively disengaged. nah i feel like i'm no longer challenged.

like i'm getting the hang of things, n sometimes feel i can do things with my eyes closed. it's tt kinda feeling, not of cockiness, but wanting to continually find smtg tt can mentally stimulate me.

So tt's the pple whom i work with. v fun grp of pple whom i joke n laugh with. interact on a daily basis. often i wonder why i stay. notwithstanding the current job market situation. i pretty much stay coz i have a v supportive boss, colleagues tt can lame with.

on the unreleated note, our bank has won for the 2nd yr running- best contact centre of the yr.
